  • Reporter Engagement and Gamification: PhishMe Triage now offers the ability to better engage users with PhishMe Reporter® usage statistics for gamification in improved response templates. PhishMe Reporter is PhishMe’s patented solution that allows users to easily report suspicious emails to the IT Security team. This improved engagement and “score keeping” encourages users to continue to be vigilant in reporting potential phishing emails.
  • Weekly Reporting: Operators can now easily monitor and share activity in PhishMe Triage via scheduled weekly reports. The weekly reports can be sent to administrators, managers and other stakeholders to summarize the program’s activities within the past seven days.
