The Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice Distinction Is Based on Feedback and Ratings From End-User Professionals Who Have Experience Purchasing, Implementing and/or Using the Product or Service
KnowBe4, the provider of the world’s largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, is excited to share that they were named a Customers’ Choice in the December 2021 Gartner Peer Insights “ Voice of the Customer” in the security awareness computer-based training market (SACBT). Per our view Gartner looks at the the security awareness computer-based training market as the market for end-user-focused security education and training, which is growing rapidly.
Within this Gartner report, KnowBe4 received the overall rating of 4.6/5 based on 362 reviews as of October 31, 2021. This was among the other security awareness program platform vendors, along with 92% in “willingness to recommend”.
