Kaspersky North America Wins Silver for “Support Department of the Year” in the 10th Annual Best in Biz Awards

Kaspersky North America has been named a silver winner in the “Support Department of the Year” category of the Best in Biz Awards, the tenth annual business awards program judged by prominent editors and reporters from top-tier North American publications.

The award was achieved by the Kaspersky North American support and services department, which delivers a wide range of premium support, professional services and training offerings. Throughout the year the team accomplished key goals, including maintaining record-high overall customer satisfaction scores and improving average speed to answer. Also, the team consistently participates in extensive training and certification programs, in order to deliver highly-specialized technical knowledge, top-notch customer care and the best overall customer experience.

“As a leader in the cybersecurity industry, Kaspersky continuously ensures that our customers are our top priority,” said Anthony Bellia, vice president, support and services, Kaspersky North America. “Our team continuously sets high standards, delivers quality service and earns all-time highs in customer satisfaction ratings. Exceling in this award category recognizes those achievements and is a testament to our team’s unwavering commitment to providing an exceptional customer journey.”

Despite the global challenges, the Best in Biz award program saw a strong field of entries from public and private companies of all sizes in both the U.S. and Canada. From some of the most recognizable global brands to the most innovative start-ups, North American businesses have proven their resilience and continuing innovation and growth in spite of the odds. The judges were impressed with this year’s winners’ agility and adaptability that allowed businesses to thrive, and the willingness to always go the extra mile to help their customers.

Best in Biz Awards 2020 honors were conferred in 90 different categories, based on scoring from independent judging panels deliberately composed each year of prominent editors and reporters from some of the most respected publications in North America. The 2020 judging panel included, among others, writers from Barron’s, Consumer Affairs, USA Today and Wired.

“2020 has been a year defined by a need for resilience,” said Joseph Pete, Times of Northwest Indiana, judging his second Best in Biz Awards program. ”Companies have faced unprecedented hardship and disruption because of the worldwide coronavirus pandemic, and have responded with grit, innovation, and compassion. Businesses have risen up to meet unforeseen challenges on the fly, showing adaptability, creativity and toughness. It was tough to choose between so many worthy and inspiring entries and all of the entries deserve acclaim.”
