This exciting transaction bolsters Herjavec Group’s technical resources and allows the business to expand its growing IAM expertise.

“Our enterprise customers need support safeguarding access controls to ensure the right people are accessing the right data and systems for the right reasons,” says Robert Herjavec. “A proactive identity strategy not only helps organizations meet compliance requirements, but reduces the risks associated with excessive employee access”. Herjavec Group and Aikya customers will now benefit from an expanded identity and access product portfolio that includes SailPoint, RSA Identity, Lieberman Software and CyberArk technology suites. The new practice will operate as complete service department in collaboration with Herjavec Group’s Consulting, Professional Services, Managed Services, and Incident Response teams, offering support for on premise and cloud initiatives including:

  • IAM Strategy Evaluation

  • Solution Design, Implementation and Testing
  • System and Technology Integration
  • Privileged and Proxy Access Management
  • IAM Managed Services

Now that the transaction has closed, Aikya Security Solutions team members will be based out of Herjavec Group’s Toronto office and Aikya Managing Director, Ketan Kapadia, will join Herjavec Group’s executive team to lead this new practice. Herjavec Group has also confirmed plans to invest further in Aikya’s current technical center of excellence in India, in order to develop the size and scope of that team’s responsibilities.

“2016 has already been a banner year for Herjavec Group,” says Robert Herjavec. “We’ve achieved a #2 global ranking on the Cybersecurity 500 and are rapidly expanding across the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. There is no better time to formally introduce our identity and access management practice so we can continue to help our customers solve complex business issues with innovative IAM technologies and services.
