Located in The Domain in northwest Austin, the 75,000-square-foot, three-story office will contain a state-of-the-art laboratory facility. In addition, the building is situated within Austin’s technology corridor and provides employees with access to nearby retailers, hotels, apartments and restaurants. The property also sits adjacent to a nine-acre central park.
