BALTIMORE, MD–(Marketwired – May 18, 2017) – Terbium Labs today announced two significant additions to its leadership team with the promotion of Dr. Clare Gollnick, Chief Data Scientist, to the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and the appointment of Brett Davis to Vice President of Sales. In their new roles, each will focus on initiatives to promote sales growth, establish a robust partner ecosystem, guarantee customer satisfaction and continue to innovate on Matchlight, the world’s most comprehensive Dark Web data intelligence platform capable of finding compromised or stolen data as soon as it appears.
Davis brings nearly 30 years of experience selling high-value information security and risk management solutions to leading businesses and government organizations. Most recently, Davis served as Executive Vice President of Sales at Focal Point Data Risk, a firm dedicated to providing all the tools and technologies needed to develop effective risk and security measures within leading organizations. As the Founder and Managing Principal of Meridian Growth Services, a Washington DC-based sales management and executive services firm, Davis gained deep experience and a proven track record working with growth-oriented enterprises and early stage startups during key phases of growth.
As a statistician with a PhD in engineering, Dr. Gollnick joined Terbium Labs in April of 2016 as Chief Data Scientist responsible for designing the algorithms that direct Terbium’s automated crawl of the Dark Web. Dr. Gollnick was instrumental in bringing to market the latest version of Matchlight, which included a heavy redesign, new deployment options, and robust reporting and analysis capabilities. In her new role as CTO she will continue to align technology strategy with business goals, oversee research and development efforts, and lead product engineering.
“Davis’s direct experience, industry knowledge, and past success building world-class sales organizations will be a great asset to Terbium Labs as we embark on an exciting period of expansion,” said Danny Rogers, CEO and Co-Founder of Terbium Labs. “As an exceptional sales leader, we believe Davis has the right skills and experience to drive sales and forge meaningful partnerships that will help bring Terbium’s automated, affordable, and actionable solution to security-minded organizations everywhere.”
Rogers continued, “Dr. Gollnick’s superb technical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills are a great benefit to Terbium Labs and the continued success of the company. We are extremely fortunate to have Clare on our team as we build a superior dark web intelligence platform with new services and solutions to greatly enhance the value we deliver to our customers.”
