Woburn, MA – December 8, 2016 – Kaspersky Lab North America announced today the promotion of Michael Canavan to the position of Senior Vice President, B2B Sales. In this role, Michael will be responsible for overseeing all business-to-business sales activities in the region, including leading channel and presales system engineering organizations, and he will also serve as the primary evangelist for all Kaspersky Lab B2B solutions.

Prior to the promotion, Michael served as Vice President, Sales Engineering, Kaspersky Lab North America. Since joining the company in 2010, Michael has managed all pre-sales systems engineering activities in the region, including product training. In this capacity, he successfully standardized onboarding initiatives for the sales team and guided senior sales management regarding new technologies and solutions, both internally and externally.
Michael brings more than a decade of engineering and technology experience to this role, and he now reports to William Cunningham.
