MCLEAN, VA – It’s the devastating new normal after the NotPetya ransomware and wiper attack: cyber criminals steal and manipulate information, stop physical operations — and ultimately slow company productivity and reduce revenue. Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) today announced four new senior hires, part of the firm’s continuing strategy to build the most skilled and experienced cyber team for commercial clients. The addition of these professionals expands Booz Allen’s ability to solve increasingly advanced cyber challenges and to deliver cyber solutions that manage risk and prevent the loss, manipulation or destruction of critical data.
“Cybersecurity is at an inflection point as the threats we all face become more complex. Success in this environment requires a diverse team with a multidisciplinary skill set,” said Bill Phelps, leader of Booz Allen’s U.S. Commercial business and an executive vice president. “The addition of these four cyber experts reflects Booz Allen’s commitment to continue aggressively growing our commercial cyber security business.”
